Cheapest eBike Conversion Kit With Battery: Sutto 250w e-bike kit review

The Sutto 250w e-bike kit is the cheapest ebike conversion kit with battery I know of in the UK. Coming in at £369 with a 540Wh battery it sounds too good to be true. In this review, I test-ride the installation on the Vitus Mach 1 Seven which is a great donor bike for the conversion. The Vitus has 650b wheels with 1.95" gravel tyres making it a good base for a DIY electric gravel bike build. It rides surprisingly well off-road, has nice frame geometry and feels a bit like a 90s MTB. I fitted Zoom HB100 hydro-mechanical brake callipers to the donor bike to improve braking performance when riding off-road, and they are a cheap upgrade for any e-bike at around £35 for a pair.
