Whyte 46 Tongsheng TSDZ2 Electric Bike conversion

I recently converted this classic 2007 Whyte 46 full suspension mountain bike using a Tongsheng TSDZ2 36v 350w mid drive electric bike conversion kit. If you have an old half-decent full suspension mountain bike knocking around, fitting one of these electric bike conversion kits can be a cheap way of building yourself a DIY electric mountain bike. The Tongsheng TSDZ2 is a great little motor and uses a torque sensor, which gives you assist proportionate to how much force you apply to the pedals and feels similar to the more expensive Bosch and Shimano steps systems found on production ebikes .
